Returns Policy

We  comply with the terms of the UK distance selling regulations in that orders may be cancelled within 7 days for any reason and full refund (excluding postage costs) will be given.  Please note however, except in cases of faulty goods, return postage costs are to be borne by the purchaser.

Personalised items are excluded from this returns policy.  Except in cases of faulty goods, no refunds will be made in respect of personalised goods.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We operate a flat rate shipping policy.  UK delivery costs £3.95 per order.  For overseas orders please contact us for a shipping quote.
